I couldn't have had a more stream-lined process, from the second I walked in the door. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendly demeanor with which I was treated, start to finish. I dont' consider purchasing a new car pleasant, or a desirable experience, but this was. It was PAIN FREE. WOW - that is saying a lot! I don't know how you could improve my experience. I just purchased a 2013 RS5 at your dealership through Darryl "Sam" Samuel. I've purchased several new cars over the years, Toyotas, Lexus, Nissans, but this is my first Audi. Just want to tell you of a incident that has made us life long customers of Audi.

Kim last night was blind sided in her Q7 by a car going 50+ miles per hour. It hit her broad side on the passenger side.  Her car spun 3 times at the intersection and went about 200 feet.

Not a scratch on Kim. I'm not sure they will be able to salvage the car, but not a scratch on her.

Just thought I let you now.
