We recommend that any service (other than an emergency) should be scheduled through an appointment. This will help ensure your service is performed as quickly as possible.
How do I schedule an appointment?
It's easy! You may schedule an appointment by calling 888-799-2718. Since our service consultants are on the drive greeting customers in the early morning hours, we recommend calling between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to enable them to better assist you.
How often do I need to change the oil in my vehicle?
There are many factors that determine how often you need to change your oil. Drive-time, climate, highway driving, city driving are just a few variables that can affect the frequency of an oil change. You should refer to your owner's manual under "Scheduled Maintenance".
When should I rotate my tires?
You should rotate your tires every 6,000 miles.
What does it mean if my "check engine" light comes on?
Your car may seem to run fine, but it is important to have the issue addressed to prevent long-term problems. There are many sensors and computerized components that manage your vehicle's engine performance and emissions. When one of the sensors identifies a potential problem or malfunction, the "check engine" light is illuminated.
I lost my Owner's Manual, how can I order a new one?
Replacement Owner's Manuals are ordered directly from the publisher by calling a toll-free number (800-544-8021).
How do I order a replacement key/extra keys?
Replacement/extra keys must be ordered directly from Audi. We always attempt to get next-business-day service. A complete VIN and customer identification are required for security purposes. The new key must be programmed to the car for a nominal charge and all keys must be present to complete the re-programming.
How do I obtain my radio code?
Radio codes can only be obtained by bringing the vehicle to an authorized Audi dealer. The process takes approximately half an hour and there is a nominal charge for the re-programming.
